What We Need from You
⚠️ Summer (July–September)
To prevent quality issues caused by high heat and direct sunlight, during this period we only carry out work at locations with a covered garage or roof.
Required working environment
Power & water access
Please provide access to a power outlet and a water source (hose or shower).
Working space
At least 1 metre of clearance around the vehicle is required in addition to the wash space.
Prior permission
Please arrange any space booking and obtain permission from the facility manager in advance.
Parking fees
If free parking is unavailable, coin car park fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Please confirm before booking
- ▸ Please let us know the make, model and colour when booking. Black vehicles may require additional time.
- ▸ If rain is forecast on the day, we may suggest rescheduling to maintain quality.
- ▸ We are unable to accommodate camper vans or other specialist vehicles.
- ▸ Deep scratches or paint damage beyond the clear coat cannot be corrected by polishing alone; separate repainting may be required.

FAQ
Q. Can scratches and water spots be removed?
A. Surface-level marks can be removed with our polish plans. However, damage that penetrates through the clear coat cannot be fixed by polishing and may require separate repainting.
Q. How long does the service take?
A. Depending on the plan, service takes from approximately 1 hour to a full day. Please allow plenty of time when booking.
Q. Can the service be carried out in summer?
A. During summer (July–September), high temperatures and direct sunlight can cause quality issues (e.g. streaking). For this period, we only carry out work at locations with a covered garage or roof.
